Yes. All services are available in-person or online through a secure, encrypted, PHIPA-compliant video platform.
No referral is needed. You can book directly through the website.
Many benefit plans cover counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Check your plan for:

Receipts are provided after each session.
The first session includes:
Reviewing informed consent
Discussing your goals and concerns
Gathering background information
Beginning to identify practical strategies
It is a comfortable, conversation-based introduction to the work.
Standard sessions: 60 minutes
Extended sessions: 80 minutes
Check-ins: 30 minutes
Consultations: 15 minutes (free)
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments are billed at the full session rate, except in emergencies.
Due to licensing requirements, clients must be physically located in Ontario for virtual sessions.

Yes. Everything shared in counselling is confidential, with the exception of legal requirements related to safety, child protection, or court orders. Full details are reviewed in the first session.
This varies by client. Some benefit from weekly sessions, while others attend biweekly or monthly. We can discuss what works best for your goals.
Yes. Evening availability is offered to accommodate work and school schedules.
