I have over a decade of experience working with adolescent males, helping them navigate the unique challenges and pressures of teenage life. During these formative years, young men face intense expectations—social, academic, athletic, and personal—and it’s common to feel overwhelmed, isolated, or uncertain about who you are and where you’re heading.
Here are some of the ways I can support you:
Managing stress and academic pressure: Strategies to cope with school workload, exams, and expectations from parents or coaches.
Handling social pressures and peer dynamics: Support for navigating friendships, social media, bullying, or fitting in without losing yourself.
Building confidence and self-esteem: Helping you recognize your strengths and develop a healthy sense of identity.
Emotional awareness and regulation: Learning to identify, express, and manage emotions like anger, frustration, sadness, or anxiety.
Decision-making and problem-solving: Tools for making smart choices and thinking through consequences in real-life situations.
Healthy coping strategies: Developing practical habits for stress relief, focus, and resilience without relying on unhealthy behaviors.
Relationship skills: Guidance for interacting with family, peers, romantic interests, and mentors in a respectful and authentic way.
Goal setting and motivation: Support for clarifying what matters to you, setting achievable goals, and building momentum toward them.
Identity and self-expression: Safe space to explore personal values, interests, and who you want to be without judgment.
Building independence and responsibility: Encouraging personal accountability while balancing freedom and support.
